When I entered college, my roommate and I found there were a lot of things to do. We studied very hard every day and had no time to relax. We used to sit still in library or classroom all day and gradually we became fatter and fatter. Being in the same room with friends, you cannot help but talk to each other and even make jokes. The entire thing was a failure from the start. We couldn’t concentrate on our tasks because we kept making fun of each other and talking with one another.

When I returned home, I was tired and disappointed. We did not have a right workout method. When I was surfing the internet, however, I came across a wonderful thing. It was the P90x workout program.
